It was a mere 4 years ago that I suffered from severe anxiety, an uncontrollable mind that woke me up at 3am, a raging chocaholic, a deep sense of misalignment in my job, a complete adversity to asking for help.

Phase 1: Build a habit of daily yoga
Mindful movement accompanied with breath, will not only open & strengthen your physical body, but help you move energy through. Soon you'll feel connected and more aware of your body and observe it becoming the gateway to your deeper levels (and that's when things get really exciting…)
Each day you will have a brand new 45 minute practice. All you have to do, is access this practise inside the The Soul Sanctuary app and complete it in your own time.
Phase 2: Track your progress
(and stay out of trouble!)
Following your practise, you will head over to your Tracking section (also inside the app). From here, you will do a 'Check-In'. This will not only show me and the Soul Care Ambassadors that you have completed your practise for the day, but it will also act as a journal-like entry so you can view your journey progress.
**If you haven't checked in by the end of the day, I will come knocking to give you a kick up your ass (or a motivational pep talk) whichever is needed.
Phase 3: Balance your energies
Everything is energy - including our thoughts, emotions and beliefs. By shifting old energies, we shift old thinking patterns, feelings and beliefs that no longer serves us.
Each week is themed, and each week our mindful movement will be centred around balancing a new energy centre.
You will have a bite-size video at the start of each week to give you an introduction of the Chakra we're focussing on that week.
Soon you will experience how understanding as little as the basics of each Charka, has the power to transform your entire view of yourself and the world around you...
Phase 4: SLEEP - The missing piece
With sleep being one of the most overlooked wellness aspects for women, you will have a new Yoga Nidra practice each week.
Yoga Nidra is a mediative practise that help you deeply relax, regulate your nervous system, and improve the quality of your sleep.
Soon you will be sleeping better than ever, and in turn, have your motivation and energy back threefold if not more!
Phase 5: Discover the power of WRITING
Getting shit out of your head and onto paper is one of the most rewarding things you will ever do for your busy mind!
You will unlock access to a Soul Care Journal so you can plan your days, ensuring you make a Soul Care appointment with yourself every single day.
You will be encouraged to write daily gratitudes to improve your spiritual connection, and do a reflection at the end of your day to help clear your mind before you head into your Nidra.
Phase 6: Time to CONNECT…
You will unlock access to a tribe of women all on their own Soul Care journeys. A group chat inside The Soul Sanc app not only keeps everything in one place, but keeps you plugged in to a network of women who will support you, encourage you, and cheer for you every step of the way!
We start this programme together, and we finish this programme. No woman gets left behind.
